What does Data Reach Solutions do?
Data Reach Solutions (DRS) designs, builds and runs AI-powered workflows, automation and custom software for Philippine businesses. We connect new systems to the ones you already use, train the people who will use them, and keep them running after launch. The aim is a measurable return and more time for your people to spend on work that grows the business.
Who do you work with?
Businesses from growing SMEs to large enterprises, in every industry. Most of our clients have 10 or more staff and a process that takes more time than it should.
What is the free consultation, and what is it not?
It is a 45 to 60 minute conversation with a senior consultant about the work that slows your business down. We ask about your operation, the problem in your own words and the systems you use today. Within two working days you receive a written summary with a recommended next step, even if that step is not with us. It is not a sales pitch, free design work or an open-ended advisory relationship.
Why are prices not on the website?
Every engagement is scoped to the business: its systems, its data, the number of people involved and the return it needs to see. A single price list would be wrong for most clients. After the consultation and, for larger scopes, a short discovery, we send a proposal with a fixed scope, milestones and a return case in your own numbers, so you know the full cost before you commit.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused automation typically goes live in six to ten weeks. A custom software or integration project usually takes three to six months, and larger enterprise programmes run six months or more, delivered in phases. Every proposal states the timeline and the milestones.
Will AI replace my staff?
That is not how we design systems. We automate the repetitive work, such as copying data between screens, chasing follow-ups and assembling reports, and leave judgement, relationships and decisions with your people. The hours that come back go to customers, selling and improvement. Staff help design the new workflow and are trained to run it.
How do you handle our data and the Data Privacy Act?
We treat privacy as a design requirement, not an afterthought. We sign a data processing agreement, minimise the personal data that reaches any AI model, control access by role, keep an audit log of what the system does and build in a way for a person to step in. The National Privacy Commission has made clear that using a third-party AI tool does not transfer your liability, so we design with that in mind.
Who owns the systems and the data?
You do. Your data stays in your accounts, and the systems we build run in accounts held in your company’s name. What you own at the end of a project, including the software built for you and its documentation, is set out in writing in the contract before work starts.
What happens after launch?
We train your team, hand over documentation and support the change to the new way of working. Many clients then choose managed services: monitoring, support with agreed service levels and continuous improvement. It is optional. Some clients prefer to run their systems in-house, and we design for that too.
Which AI models do you use?
We are model-agnostic. We choose the model for each job, including models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google (Gemini), based on accuracy, cost, data handling and the task at hand. We test the choice on real examples from your business before it goes live, and we can change models later without rebuilding the system.
Where are you based?
We work from Metro Manila and Cebu. Our registered office is at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Cargo Complex in Lapu-Lapu City. Consultations can be held by video call or in person in Metro Manila or Cebu.
Do you work with businesses in Cebu?
Yes. Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company with offices in Cebu and Metro Manila. Its registered office is at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Cargo Complex in Lapu-Lapu City, and since 2019 it has built and supported the warehouse information systems behind GALCO’s customs bonded warehouse at Mactan-Cebu International Airport. Consultations, workshops and training can be held in person in Cebu or by video call. DRS works with Cebu businesses in every industry, from growing SMEs to large enterprises.
