Privacy notice

How Data Reach Solutions collects, uses and protects the personal data you send through drs.ph, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Who we are

DataReach Solutions Inc. (“Data Reach Solutions”, “DRS”, “we”) is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under number CS201905437, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, JV Building, Mactan-Cebu International Airport Cargo Complex, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. We are the personal information controller for the data described here.

What we collect

When you request a consultation we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, mobile number, company, role, industry, company size, what you would like to improve, the systems you use, your timeline, whether a decision maker will attend, your budget range and preferred meeting if you give them, how you heard about us, and your consent with the date and time.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

Why we use it

To reply to you, arrange and prepare for the consultation, send you the written summary, and follow up on your request. The legal basis is your consent and, if you go on to work with us, the steps needed to enter into a contract. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

The Data Reach Solutions team who handle your request, and the service providers that deliver our website and email, under agreements that require them to protect it. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For up to two years after our last contact if you do not become a client, and then we delete it. If you become a client, it becomes part of your client record and is kept for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it, protected with individual accounts and multi-factor authentication, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the Data Privacy Act requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object, to have it corrected or erased, to data portability, and to be compensated for damages. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to founder@drs.ph with the subject “Data privacy request”. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
