One way of working, for a ten-person firm or a listed group.
Five stages: Consult, Discover, Build, Adopt and Run. The first is free. At the end of every stage you have something useful in hand, and you decide whether to continue.

Consult
1 meeting
A free 45 to 60 minute conversation about your business, the problem and the options, by video or in person in Metro Manila or Cebu.
What you receive
A written summary within two working days, with a recommended next step. Sometimes that step is “not yet”.

Discover
1 to 2 sessions, or 2 to 4 weeks for larger scopes
We map the workflow, measure what it costs in hours, errors and delay, find the use cases worth automating, and check data and system access. Larger scopes begin with a paid opportunity assessment, quoted in writing first.
What you receive
A discovery note, or a roadmap and business case in your own numbers.

Build
6 weeks to 6 months, depending on scope
We design, build, connect, secure and test in short cycles, with a working demonstration every two weeks. The new workflow runs beside the old one before switch-over.
What you receive
A working system in your accounts, a privacy review where personal data is involved, and acceptance against the measures agreed in the proposal.

Adopt
2 to 6 weeks, overlapping the build
We train every user group and your internal champions, update procedures, and run a handover where your team operates the system while we watch.
What you receive
Trained staff, written runbooks, recorded walkthroughs, and credentials in your name.

Run
Ongoing, optional
Monitoring, support with agreed response times, a monthly allowance of improvements and a quarterly review of new opportunities.
What you receive
A monthly performance report against the measures agreed at the start.
The free consultation
A first hour that is useful on its own.
45 to 60 minutes with a senior consultant, by video or in person in Metro Manila or Cebu. We talk about your business, the problem in your own words, the systems you use, and two or three ways to address it, including options that do not involve us.
You receive
A written summary within two working days: what we heard, the opportunities we see, and a recommended next step. If the honest answer is to fix a process by hand first, or that now is not the time, the summary says so.

We ask that a decision maker attends, so the conversation can end with a clear next step.
Proposals
Every proposal answers the same questions.
Proposals are presented in a meeting, never sent cold. You know the full cost, scope and expected return before you commit.

- The proposed solution, and what is in and out of scope
- The plan, milestones and the team
- What we need from you: access, people and decisions
- The business case, with the return calculated in your numbers
- Commercial terms, fixed before you commit
- The path to managed services, which is always optional
