In short

Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For compliance and risk, DRS automates: keeping audit trails of inputs, decisions, outputs and approvals; preparing regulatory reports and monitoring submission deadlines; maintaining privacy records, consent logs and data retention schedules; checklists and evidence collection for audits and inspections. A person stays in control where it matters: your data protection officer and compliance team approve policies and reports.

Automation with oversight

What is automated, and what stays with your people.

What is automated

  • Keeping audit trails of inputs, decisions, outputs and approvals
  • Preparing regulatory reports and monitoring submission deadlines
  • Maintaining privacy records, consent logs and data retention schedules
  • Checklists and evidence collection for audits and inspections
  • Answering staff policy questions from your approved documents

Where a person stays in control

  • Your data protection officer and compliance team approve policies and reports
  • Privacy impact assessments are completed where personal data is processed
  • Legal and regulatory interpretation stays with your advisers
  • Every AI workflow has a kill switch that returns it to manual operation

Questions

Compliance and risk: common questions.

What does the National Privacy Commission expect from businesses that use AI?

Its advisory guidelines on AI systems that process personal data call for privacy impact assessments, privacy by design, transparency, continuous monitoring and a way for people to intervene. Using a third-party AI tool does not transfer your responsibility for the personal data involved.

Are you a law firm?

No. We design and build the systems and records that compliance depends on. Legal interpretation and advice should come from your lawyers and advisers.

Our staff already use AI tools. Where do we start?

With an approved-tool policy, a short inventory of what is being used and with what data, and a governed alternative for the most common tasks. The free consultation is a good place to begin.
