Custom Software and Platforms
Systems built around how your business actually runs. Software that fits your operation when off-the-shelf products do not, built with AI and automation in mind so the next improvement is an extension, not a rebuild.
Case study: the warehouse information systems behind GALCO and PSI
In short
Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. Through its Custom Software and Platforms service, DRS delivers: business management systems; web and mobile applications; warehouse and inventory systems; multi-tenant platforms; documentation and handover. It is used most in logistics, cargo and warehousing; healthcare and clinics; real estate and property; construction and engineering. Every engagement starts with a free consultation.
The problem
What it solves.
- The business runs on spreadsheets and messaging groups that only two people fully understand.
- Products on the market cover half the workflow and force workarounds for the rest.
- Several branches, sites or tenants need one system with separate data for each.
- Clients or partners want a portal, and today they call or email for every update.
- An old system still runs the operation, but nobody can change it safely.
What you get
What we deliver.
Business management systems
Systems for operations, inventory, scheduling, job tracking and service delivery, designed with the people who will use them every day.
Web and mobile applications
Staff tools, field apps and customer or partner portals that work well on the phones your people actually carry.
Warehouse and inventory systems
Systems for regulated, round-the-clock operations, including inventory records that meet the Bureau of Customs requirements for bonded warehouses.
Multi-tenant platforms
One platform that serves many independent businesses under one operator, such as clinic management for a medical building, with each tenant's data kept separate.
Documentation and handover
Source code, architecture notes and runbooks, with ownership terms set out in the contract.

Questions
Custom Software and Platforms: common questions.
When is custom software better than buying a product?
When the product covers only part of how you work, forces costly workarounds, or cannot hold the data structure your operation needs. The discovery stage compares the options honestly, including buying and configuring an existing product.
Who owns the software you build?
Ownership of the work built for you is set out in the contract before we start. Your data, accounts and credentials stay in your name wherever the vendor allows it.
How do we see progress during the build?
Delivery runs in short cycles with a working demonstration every two weeks. New systems run beside the current process during a pilot so results can be compared before switching over.
Can you work with a system we already have?
Yes. We often extend or connect to an existing system rather than replace it, and we replace it only when the case for doing so is clear.
