Logistics, cargo and warehousing
Software and automation for forwarders, brokers and bonded warehouses
Cargo moves on documents: air waybills, bills of lading, invoices and packing lists drive customs, storage, billing and release. Errors cost demurrage, penalties and clients, yet much of the work between your systems is still keyed by hand. We built, and have run since 2019, the warehouse information systems for GALCO and PSI, customs bonded warehouses at Mactan-Cebu, Clark and NAIA, so we add intelligence to what already works instead of forcing a new platform.
Case study: the warehouse information systems behind GALCO and PSI
In short
Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For logistics, cargo and warehousing, DRS designs, builds and runs: warehouse information system; shipping document processing; shipment status for clients; billing and e-invoicing; exception alerts and daily reporting; volume and capacity planning. Each system connects to what the business already uses, such as warehouse management systems, freight forwarding and brokerage software, transport and fleet management systems, ERP and accounting software, and a person stays in control of every decision that matters.

Illustrative example
A mid-sized freight forwarder
The forwarder processes 1,200 shipments a month, and each needs about 20 minutes of document keying and checking: the work of more than two full-time staff. Automated extraction with human review brings that to about 8 minutes a shipment. Client status questions are answered from the same data, and fewer billing errors mean cargo is released sooner. All figures are illustrative. We replace them with your own numbers in the consultation.
- Shipments a month
- 1,200
- Minutes of keying per shipment
- 20 down to 8
- Staff hours released
- About 240 a month
- Value of time released, at PHP 350 an hour
- About PHP 84,000 a month

Bureau of Customs, CAO 01-2022BIR electronic invoicing
Large taxpayers and users of computerised accounting systems must issue electronic invoices by 31 December 2026 under RMC 098-2026. Storage, handling and brokerage billing all fall within scope.
BusinessMirror, on BIR Revenue Memorandum Circular 098-2026Peak season
