What is a multi-tenant platform?
One system that serves many independent businesses under one operator, such as clinics in a medical building. Each tenant sees only its own data, and the operator manages the platform as a whole.
How long does a custom platform take?
Typically 4 to 9 months to first value, delivered in stages. Discovery sets the scope and plan before any build is agreed.
What happens after launch?
We hand over documentation, runbooks and trained staff. Most clients keep us on managed services to run and improve the platform, but it is never a condition of handover.
