Professional services
AI and automation for accounting, law, HR and consulting firms
Your firm sells expert time, yet much of that time goes to collecting documents, keying data, chasing clients and assembling reports. Partners carry the review load, juniors carry the keying, and client confidentiality rules out pasting work into public AI tools. We design governed workflows that take the routine handling off your team and keep every professional judgement with your people.

In short
Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For professional services, DRS designs, builds and runs: client intake and document collection; extraction from financial and legal documents; BIR e-invoicing and billing integration; governed knowledge assistant; proposal and engagement letter drafting; time capture and matter status; recruitment pipeline. Each system connects to what the business already uses, such as accounting and bookkeeping software, practice and matter management systems, email, shared drives and document management, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and a person stays in control of every decision that matters.

Illustrative example
A 30-person accounting practice
The practice onboards 15 new clients a month, and each onboarding takes about 6 hours of junior time to request, chase, key and file documents. An intake automation that sends checklists, reads and files documents and chases missing items brings that to about 2.5 hours per client. The hours released are roughly a third of a junior's month, available for billable work in tax season. All figures are illustrative. We replace them with your own numbers in the consultation.
- New clients onboarded a month
- 15
- Junior hours released
- About 52 a month
- Value of time released, at PHP 400 an hour
- About PHP 21,000 a month
- Over a year
- About PHP 250,000
