Is training an optional extra?
No. Enablement is part of every engagement, because a system people do not use returns nothing.
Can you train our team on AI tools in general?
Yes. We run practical sessions on using AI safely in daily work, built around your own policies, data rules and examples.
How do you handle staff who are worried about their jobs?
We involve them early, show them what changes and what does not, and train named champions from the team. The goal is to take repetitive work off their desks, so they can spend time on the work that needs them.
