Financial services
Governed AI and automation for lenders, insurers and cooperatives
Every loan, policy and membership comes with IDs, payslips, statements and signed forms that staff check by eye. You answer the same questions every day, collections depend on people, and regulators expect every record to be complete and traceable. We automate the preparation, checking and communication around each decision, while the decision itself stays with a named person and every step is logged.

In short
Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For financial services, DRS designs, builds and runs: application document intake; customer due diligence support; collections reminders; policy and loan renewals; claims and request intake; member and customer assistant; portfolio and regulatory reporting. Each system connects to what the business already uses, such as core lending and loan management systems, cooperative and member management systems, insurance agency and policy administration systems, accounting software, and a person stays in control of every decision that matters.

Illustrative example
A lending company with eight branches
The company receives about 1,500 applications a month, and staff spend about 25 minutes checking each one. Automated reading and checking, with staff reviewing flagged items, brings that to about 8 minutes, and approval time falls from about three days to one. On a PHP 100 million portfolio, compliant reminders that reduce 30-day delinquency by one percentage point keep about PHP 1 million out of the at-risk bucket. All figures are illustrative. We replace them with your own numbers in the consultation.

- Review hours released
- About 425 a month
- Value of time released, at PHP 300 an hour

Regulation and deadlines
Checked 30 September 2026.
Fair collection
SEC Memorandum Circular No. 18 (2019) prohibits unfair debt collection practices by lending and financing companies. Automated reminders run within set rules and hours, and every message is logged.
Anti-money laundering and due diligence
Covered institutions carry customer due diligence and record-keeping duties. Automation keeps those records complete and easy to retrieve for examiners.
AI governance
The National Privacy Commission guidelines on AI apply to every stage of processing. Your compliance officer signs off the design before anything is built.
