Solution
Finance and billing
Billing, collections and month-end, without the late nights. Invoicing, BIR electronic invoicing, collections reminders, reconciliation of sales, payments and bank records, and expense approvals run on schedule, so month-end closes in days instead of weeks.

In short
Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For finance and billing, DRS automates: preparing and sending invoices from your sales or service records; submitting invoices to the BIR Electronic Invoicing System for covered taxpayers; collections reminders on a schedule, with escalation to your team; reconciling sales, payments and bank records, and flagging mismatches. A person stays in control where it matters: payments, refunds and write-offs always need human approval.
Automation with oversight
What is automated, and what stays with your people.
What is automated
- Preparing and sending invoices from your sales or service records
- Submitting invoices to the BIR Electronic Invoicing System for covered taxpayers
- Collections reminders on a schedule, with escalation to your team
- Reconciling sales, payments and bank records, and flagging mismatches
- Routing expense claims and purchase requests for approval
- Preparing month-end schedules and reports
Where a person stays in control
- Payments, refunds and write-offs always need human approval
- Your accountant or tax adviser remains responsible for tax advice and filings
- Every mismatch is flagged for a person, not silently corrected
- Full audit trail of every entry and approval
How it works
How BIR e-invoicing integration works.
Covered taxpayers must issue electronic invoices by 31 December 2026 (RMC 098-2026, as reported by BusinessMirror on 23 September 2026). An e-invoice has to be generated in a structured digital format, delivered electronically and readable by machine, so invoices typed in Word or Excel do not qualify. The process has three stages, and each takes time:
- A Permit to Issue Electronic Invoice from your Revenue District Office, evaluated within 20 working days.
- Online testing of the invoicing system, completed within six months of the permit.
- The Electronic Invoicing and Sales Reporting Certification, after which invoices are issued through an in-house or commercial solution.

- A distributor that sends collection reminders automatically and escalates overdue accounts
- A service company that connects its invoicing to the BIR Electronic Invoicing System

Questions
Finance and billing: common questions.
Are we covered by the BIR electronic invoicing deadline?
The BIR requires large taxpayers, businesses using computerised accounting or billing systems, and e-commerce businesses to issue electronic invoices by 31 December 2026 (RMC 098-2026). Your accountant or tax adviser should confirm whether your business is covered. We handle the systems integration. Our BIR e-invoicing checklist on the Insights page sets out the steps.
Will this replace our accountant?
No. It removes the manual preparation work so your finance team and accountant can spend their time on review, advice and decisions.
Can you work with our existing accounting software?
Usually, yes. We connect to common accounting and POS systems through their official interfaces or secure exports, and confirm access during discovery.
