Food, beverage and hospitality

Data and automation for restaurant groups, hotels and resorts

Point-of-sale, delivery tablets, reservations, booking engines and payroll each come from a different vendor, and none of them produces the morning report you need. Daily sales arrive as photos in group chats, and someone consolidates them by hand. Shift schedules, time records, leave and service charge distribution sit in spreadsheets across branches.

In short

Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For food, beverage and hospitality, DRS designs, builds and runs: daily sales brief; inventory and wastage; staff scheduling, time and leave; service charge computation; guest messaging and reservations; supplier ordering; guest reviews. Each system connects to what the business already uses, such as point-of-sale systems, delivery platform dashboards, reservation and table management tools, hotel property management systems and booking engines, and a person stays in control of every decision that matters.

This page is for

  • Multi-branch restaurant groups
  • Cafés, bakeries and bars with several outlets
  • Commissaries and caterers
  • Hotels and resorts

Illustrative example

A restaurant group with 12 branches

Each branch sells about PHP 1.5 million a month, and food cost runs at 32% of sales. Daily visibility of variance and wastage that cuts unexplained food cost by one percentage point of sales saves about PHP 180,000 a month. Branch reporting and consolidation take about 240 hours a month across the group, and automation removes about 80% of that. All figures are illustrative. We replace them with your own numbers in the consultation.

Group sales a month
PHP 18 million
Food cost saved
About PHP 180,000 a month
Reporting hours released
About 192 a month
Combined, over a year
About PHP 2.9 million

Systems and rules

What we connect to, and what we build around.

Systems we connect to

  • Point-of-sale systems
  • Delivery platform dashboards
  • Reservation and table management tools
  • Hotel property management systems and booking engines
  • Payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Accounting and inventory software
  • Facebook Messenger, Instagram and email

We integrate with what you already use before suggesting anything new.

Regulation and deadlines

Checked 30 September 2026.

  • Service charge law

Republic Act 11360 requires service charges collected by hotels, restaurants and similar establishments to be distributed in full to covered employees. Accurate computation and records are a compliance matter.

  • Wage orders

Regional wage orders change payroll for every branch. With pay rules kept in one system, each change is made once.

  • BIR electronic invoicing

Operators that use computerised accounting or registered point-of-sale systems must issue electronic invoices by 31 December 2026 under RMC 098-2026.
