Healthcare and clinics

AI and automation for clinics, diagnostic centres and medical groups

Your front desk runs on Messenger, phone calls and a logbook, while patients expect a reply within minutes. Every missed booking, forgotten reminder and returned claim costs revenue the clinic has already earned. We automate the administration around care and leave every clinical question with your staff.

In short

Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For clinics, diagnostic centres and medical groups, DRS builds and runs assistants that answer routine Messenger, Viber and web inquiries and book appointments into the clinic's real calendar; automated confirmations, reminders and recall messages; digital intake and consent forms; preparation of HMO and PhilHealth claim documents; and morning reports by branch. Every clinical question and complaint is handed to staff. DRS is also developing a multi-tenant clinic management platform for medical buildings and clinic groups. Each project is designed around the Data Privacy Act and the National Privacy Commission's guidelines on AI, and starts with a privacy impact assessment.

Illustrative example

A two-branch dental and aesthetic clinic

The clinic books 400 appointments a month at an average of PHP 3,500, and 22% of patients do not show up. Automated confirmations and reminders that bring the no-show rate down to 14% recover 32 appointments a month. The same system answers routine Messenger inquiries after hours, which the clinic had been losing to faster competitors. All figures are illustrative. We replace them with your own numbers in the consultation.

Systems and rules

What we connect to, and what we build around.

Systems we connect to

  • Clinic management and EMR systems
  • PhilHealth-certified EMR platforms
  • HMO portals and claim forms
  • Facebook Messenger, Viber and SMS
  • Online booking calendars
  • Accounting and billing software
  • Laboratory and imaging systems

We integrate with what you already use before suggesting anything new.

Regulation and deadlines

Checked 30 September 2026.

  • PhilHealth EMR changes

PhilHealth closed its free eKonsulta system on 1 July 2026, and clinics in the YAKAP primary care programme must use a PhilHealth-certified EMR after December 2026. We connect booking, reminders and reporting to the certified system you choose.

Questions

Healthcare and clinics: common questions.

Do we have to replace our clinic software?

No. Data Reach Solutions connects the assistant, reminders and reports to the clinic system you already use, through its official interface or a secure export where it offers one. Discovery confirms the connection before anything is built. Replacing a system is recommended only when the current one cannot do the job, and the proposal says so in writing.

Can you connect to our EMR or clinic management system?

Usually, yes, when the system offers an interface, an export or a supported integration. Many clinic systems do. We check what your system allows during discovery, and we never copy patient records into tools the clinic does not control.

How is patient data handled under the Data Privacy Act?

Health information is sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, so it gets the strictest handling. Every project starts with a privacy impact assessment and a data processing agreement. Patient data stays in the clinic’s own accounts, access is set by role, only the minimum data reaches any AI model, and every action is logged. Clinical questions are always handed to staff.

Proven in live operations
