Manufacturing
Production, inventory and quality automation for manufacturers
Your plant probably has accounting software and perhaps an ERP, but production, inventory and quality records still live in shift logbooks, spreadsheets and the plant manager's memory. Supervisors compile reports by hand at the end of each shift, so management sees yesterday's problems tomorrow. We connect what you already use and make the numbers visible daily, without replacing your ERP.

In short
Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For manufacturing, DRS designs, builds and runs: production reporting; inventory and materials; quality and compliance records; supplier documents; order intake and scheduling; maintenance logs; management dashboard. Each system connects to what the business already uses, such as ERP and accounting software, spreadsheets and shift logbooks, inventory and warehouse systems, machine and scale data exports, and a person stays in control of every decision that matters.

Illustrative example
A food processor with 120 staff
The processor spends about PHP 8 million a month on raw materials, and unexplained variance between recipes and stock counts runs at 2% of spend. Daily visibility of usage against recipes, with alerts, halves that variance. Two supervisors also spend about two hours a day each compiling production reports, and automating the compilation returns about 70% of that time to the floor. All figures are illustrative. We replace them with your own numbers in the consultation.
- Material variance recovered
- About PHP 80,000 a month
- Supervisor hours released
- About 73 a month
- Value of time released, at PHP 300 an hour
- About PHP 21,900 a month
- Combined, over a year
- About PHP 1.2 million
