What happens in the free consultation?
We spend 45 to 60 minutes on your business, the problem that prompted the request, the systems you use and two or three ways it could be addressed, including options that do not involve us. Within two working days you receive a written summary and a recommended next step. If the honest answer is that you should fix a process manually first, the summary says so.
Who should attend from our side?
An owner, partner or executive who can make decisions, plus the person who knows the work best. We book consultations only when a decision maker can attend, so the conversation can end with a clear next step.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. It is not free design or development work, and it is not an open-ended advisory relationship. When a problem spans several departments or systems, the next step is usually a paid discovery, which we scope and quote in writing before you commit.
Do you only recommend your own services?
No. Sometimes the right answer is a tool you already own, a product from another vendor, or a process change with no software at all. The summary names the option we think is best, even when it is not us.
How do you handle AI governance and data privacy?
Governance is part of the advice from the start. We map what personal data is involved, recommend approved tools and human oversight, and align the plan with the Data Privacy Act and the National Privacy Commission guidelines on AI systems.
