Security, manpower and facilities
Automation for security, manpower and facilities service providers
You sell people's time by the post, the shift and the head, across dozens of client sites. Your margin depends on rosters that cover every post, payroll that is right the first time and billing that goes out on time, yet all three often run on paper time records, spreadsheets and group chats. HR software built for office staff does not handle posts, relievers or billing by contract, so we build around the way your operation actually works.

In short
Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For security, manpower and facilities, DRS designs, builds and runs: time records to payroll; roster and post coverage; client billing; compliance calendar; incident and site reports; recruitment pipeline; margin dashboard. Each system connects to what the business already uses, such as biometric and mobile attendance devices, payroll and HR systems, roster spreadsheets, accounting and billing software, and a person stays in control of every decision that matters.

Illustrative example
A security agency with 600 guards
The agency deploys 600 guards across 40 client sites with two payroll cutoffs a month, and a three-person payroll team spends about 120 hours a month reconciling time records against the roster. Automating the reading and matching removes about 65% of that work, and the team moves to exceptions and client queries. Because attendance proof is ready at cutoff, invoices go out about seven days earlier. All figures are illustrative. We replace them with your own numbers in the consultation.
- Guards deployed
- 600 across 40 sites
- Payroll hours released
- About 78 a month
- Value of time released, at PHP 350 an hour
- About PHP 27,300 a month
- Working capital released by billing a week sooner
- About PHP 4.5 million, once

Regulation and deadlines
Checked 30 September 2026.
Wage orders and year-end pay
Regional wage orders force a payroll recomputation across every contract, and 13th-month pay falls due in December. With pay rules held in one system, each change is made once.
Industry and contracting rules
Security agencies work under the Private Security Services Industry Act (Republic Act 11917), and manpower contractors under DOLE contracting rules. Clients increasingly audit contractor compliance and ask for digital proof.
BIR electronic invoicing
Agencies that use computerised accounting systems must issue electronic invoices by 31 December 2026 under RMC 098-2026.
