AI and automation for dealerships, service centres and fleets

Your steadiest margin comes after the sale: maintenance, repairs, parts and renewals. That margin depends on booking the next service, having the right part on the shelf and following up with every customer on time, and most of that work still happens by phone, text and spreadsheet. Sales, service and parts each run their own system, so customer records end up scattered across all three.

In short

Data Reach Solutions (DRS) is a Philippine AI, automation and software company, founded in 2019, with offices in Metro Manila and Cebu. For automotive, DRS designs, builds and runs: service booking; maintenance reminders; sales lead follow-up; parts availability and reorder; job order and estimate documents; fleet maintenance tracking; branch and bay reporting. Each system connects to what the business already uses, such as dealer management systems, workshop and service scheduling tools, parts and inventory systems, Facebook Messenger, Viber and SMS, and a person stays in control of every decision that matters.

Where time goes

Where work is lost today.

  • Service inquiries lost to missed calls and double bookings
  • Customers due for maintenance who were never reminded
  • Test-drive and quote leads that go cold between showroom and closing
  • Jobs delayed waiting for parts nobody reordered
  • Job orders, estimates and insurance forms re-keyed into the service record

This page is for

  • Franchised car and motorcycle dealerships
  • Multi-brand dealer groups
  • Independent repair shops and service chains
  • Parts distributors
  • Companies running delivery, logistics or staff transport fleets

Illustrative example

A dealership service centre with 8 bays

The dealership has about 1,500 vehicles due for periodic maintenance each month, and 30% of those customers do not come back because nobody reminded them. Automated reminders that recover a third of the missed visits add about 150 visits a month. Bay capacity sets the limit, so the first project may include scheduling to avoid overloading the floor. All figures are illustrative. We replace them with your own numbers in the consultation.

Vehicles due for maintenance a month
About 1,500
Missed visits a month
About 450
Visits recovered
About 150 a month
Service revenue recovered, at PHP 4,500 a visit
About PHP 675,000 a month
